PEOPLE'S CHOICE- LUCKY "21" VOTING
The KWCUSA PEOPLE'S CHOICE & LUCKY "21" VOTING is a special way for us to introduce all of our National Finalists for 2024 by video and also a way for them to earn placement into the Semi-Final round of the national finals.
The People's Choice will be awarded to the singer with the most votes overall and the Lucky "21" spot will be awarded to the singer with the most votes who have not placed into the Semi-Finals round by the scores.
