The 2024 Karaoke World Championships USA (KWCUSA Season) will run until June 30th 2024.  You may submit your audition by video in one of the open video audition rounds this year.

The top 7 singers in each video round will move on to compete in the

2024 VIDEO FINALS RESULTS SHOWCASE- June 30th 2024

The top 6 spots from the Video Finals will make up Team Video USA and move on to the KWCUSA National Finals in Las Vegas, NV!

During each of these rounds KWCUSA members also have the advantage of being able to get back the notes and scores for their submitted video and then have an opportunity to redo their video audition for jury review based on that real time feedback. 

If you are a KWCUSA member and submit an audition video you can receive feedback and scores directly from the jury with time before the round closes for you to decide whether you are going to stay with your original video, or Enhance Your Chance and create a new video (it can even be an entirely new song!)  Members are given a chance to resubmit their updated audition video before the posted closing deadline in any of the 3 video rounds at no additional entry fee. 

*Deadlines may apply to be included in any Enhance Your Chance rounds

The most updated video submission submitted will be scored for that rounds final rankings

Basic Video Audition Guidelines:

*Videos can be made in your home studio, a live karaoke venue, or on your favorite singing app

*Videos may be recorded at your favorite Karaoke Venue as long as there is not extensive crowd/background noise while recording and they jury can hear your vocals clearly, no one else is performing with you of vocalizing with you, and you are visible for the entirety of the song.

 *Videos must be recorded within the past 365 Days 

*No videos prior to January 2023 will be accepted and they should preferably

be less than 6 months old to be considered for entry.

*Please to record your audition video in the landscape (horizontal) orientation whenever possible

*Audition videos must include the full audition song in your video submission.

*Please limit any vocal effects used in your auditions

*No lead vocals or original artists should be present in your audition track selection

*No other people should appear in your video audition

[**disclaimer: if recording in a live venue setting exceptions will be made for KJ's or karaoke band members and venue staff in the course of working their shift that are not in any way directly attempting to enhance the singers audition.]

*No Lip Syncing is permitted

The Top 7 singers in each of the Three Video Rounds will move on to the 2024 KWCUSA Video Finale. The top Six Singers from the 2024 KWCUSA Video Finale will earn a spot at the Karaoke World Championships USA National Finals 2024, and the Top Performer from the KWUCSA Video Finale will be named the KWCUSA Video Champion and win a Trip (Flight & Hotel) to Las Vegas, NV for the KWCUSA National Finals.
