New for 2025, the Karaoke World Championships is inviting artists to submit their unpublished, unreleased original songs for a chance to have them performed in the US National or World Stage! 

Whether you are an established songwriter or an emerging talent looking to elevate your career, the KWC Global Song Contest offers a unique opportunity to share your music with a global audience. 

OPEN ENTRY: May 1st 2025 to June 15th 2025

PUBLIC VOTING & JUDGING OPEN: June16th to June 30th 2025

WINNING* SONGS ANNOUNCED: July 4th 2025

*Top 10 songs by jury selection and top 10 songs by public vote will earn an invitation to perform their song live at the KWCUSA National Finals for a chance for the winning song performer to win a trip to Bangkok, Thailand and share their song with the world at the KWC World Finals!

• The person registering the song must be 18+ 

• The person or people performing the song at the KWCUSA National Finals must be 21+

• At least one song writer and the performer must be a U.S. Citizen or have resident status +3 years

• Songs may be submitted in either audio  or video format

• Songs must not be more than 3 minutes and 30 seconds in length for entry

• Songs may be produced either by an individual or team 

• Use of AI assistance must be disclosed during song registration

• Songs must have lyrics, no instrumentals will be accepted

• The maximum number of people allowed on stage at any time is six in total

• Dancers will be allowed for finals performances

• Maximum of four microphones will be available for finals performances 

• Acoustic instruments are allowed on stage but will not have microphone access for amplification

• No live instruments will be allowed for finals performances

• Props will be allowed for finals as long as they are managed by the performer do not require clean up and do not cause delays
