How do I become a sanctioned host venue?
To become an official sanctioned host, you must first register your venue details on our platform. Once approved, you will receive a licensing package and digital assets to promote your official qualifier events.
What are the technical requirements for hosting?
Sanctioned venues are required to have a professional PA system, high-quality microphones, and a stable internet connection for our SmartMic technology integration. Our tech team will assist you with the setup during the onboarding process.
Are there any fees associated with being a host?
There is a nominal annual licensing fee that covers the support, promotional materials, and inclusion in our official nationwide venue map. Most venues see a significant increase in attendance that far offsets this initial cost.
